Ours is a construction company based in India, and I think I am the only one thinking of Lean, six sigma, TQM,etc. When I say TQM, people laugh at me and say, Come on, How are you going to impliment such ideas in Construction industry? You are crazy. I still am fascinated for the article I read a long time back and the books in my shelf that illustrates the Quality guru, Genichi Taguchi.. I still am in an infant stage when you announced the contest. But I am not going to leave. Your inputs over the blog really helping me a lot and one day I will come up with a title for my work... like :LEAN CONSTRUCTION FOR A SIX SIGMA COMPANY.
