A friend of mine sugguested using the Value Stream Mapping Kit from cleanlean.com in our past lean event. Our entire team found their product to increase the participation of our management team and the line workers we pulled into the event. It created a easy to read VSM and enabled the uniniatied to become more involved. We will be using their products in the future and I highly sugguest them to all!
